Shipping policy

Cacao Breath LLC is not responsible for the condition of cacao products once they are shipped and delivered to the customer. We take every precaution to ensure that our products are packaged properly and shipped in a timely manner. From May - Oct we raise our shipping price due to the addition of added cold packs to keep the cacao cool as long as possible, however, we cannot control the condition under which the product is transported or the temperature at which it is stored once it leaves our facility.
