With single origin, heirloom, Nacional Arriba Cacao sourced form Ecuador and Wild Harvested Maya Nut sourced from Guatemala & Nicaragua, this blend is one of a kind. These two tress grow together in the same ecosystem, so naturally, they are wonderful synergists to one another. The giant maya nut tree forms part of the canopy layer and the cacao tree forms part of the understory layer of the rainforest. When consumed together, the Maya nut provides a grounding base for the upward heart expansion of cacao
This cacao is 90% dark. The other 10% is roasted maya nut powder and cacao butter.
